Our group of brands (Primo+, Imvestia, Щелян и Георги) is seeking a Social Media Assistant to help grow our social media channels through high-quality content creation and distribution.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate would be proficient with most social media platforms and dedicated to fostering relationships with our fans via direct social outreach. The Social Media Assistant would have several responsibilities including building KPI dashboards, creating original content for our brands, engaging with social media trends, connecting with local fans, and strategically growing our emerging social platforms. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, someone who is learning-obsessed with a team player positive attitude, multi-tasker and detail-oriented that will reach deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent verbal communication & writing skills (both Bulgarian and English).

Job Description:

  • Build out short & long-term social media strategies for our brands
  • Regularly identify social media trends & strategize opportunities for the brands to engage and grow across the most important platforms.
  • Create original content and distribute it across social media platforms
  • Assist with writing social media copy
  • Monitor the daily social conversations of influencers, other brands, and teams to identify trends and best practices. Stay up-to-date on emerging digital and social technology trends.
  • Assist with graphic design and video needs for different social channels
  • Continuously reach out to fans directly to establish long-term relationships
  • Create/edit short-form videos to be used on our social media channels
  • Collaborate closely with our management, admin, and sales teams for ongoing company activities and actively communicate across our social media channels
  • Partner closely with the content and creative team for content planning and creation of assets to support company priorities, social trends, etc.



Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, or communications
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with software and apps for video and picture editing. Understanding of social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite
  • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive work experience with a social media key role. Experience of running, optimizing, and measuring social campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms (mostly in an organic perspective) and community building/management. Paid media knowledge is a bonus
  • Experience with social media reporting & analyzing insights
  • Ability to be flexible – social media happens in real-time!
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Understanding of the real estate market is a bonus
  • Customer service skills are a bonus
